About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute full-cycle project coordination, including assisting with design, manufacturing details and specifications, installation planning and coordination, and after-sales service
  • Assist with quoting and estimating by gathering information, specifications, and related documents
  • Identify labor, material, and time requirements
  • Provide high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage high-profile clients and projects
  • Manage and organize a high volume of paperwork
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with external and internal clients
  • Perform additional duties delegated by department management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Project Assistant/Coordinator role coupled with a high level of Customer Service
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a focus in Project Management, Interior Design or Architecture, is advantageous
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Strong practical knowledge, including understanding of technical drawings, floor plans, manufacturing processes, and materials including acrylic, vinyl and metal
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, scaling and measurement strongly preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient knowledge with a CRM system, preferably NetSuite
  • Strong analytical ability, resourcefulness and problem solving skills
  • Flexible attitude and ability to learn quickly and perform well under pressure
