About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide full administrative support to Investment Managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and efficient workflow
- Manage client communications and enquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate and organised client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and data protection requirements
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for Investment Managers and clients
- Prepare and process client-related documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Liaise between Investment Managers, clients, and operational colleagues
- Monitor and track client matters, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Support maintenance of client databases and CRM systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures
- Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent standard of education, ideally degree qualified but not essential
- Previous experience working within financial services, preferably within financial planning or wealth management supporting clients
- Proven administrative experience
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Experience with CRM desirable but not essential
- Relevant administrative or business qualifications desirable
