About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
Manage and optimize cash flow, working capital, and risk management activities
Provide financial analysis and insights to support executive-level decision-making
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements
Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and stakeholders
Assess and manage financial risks and opportunities
Drive efficiency and cost optimization initiatives
Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic business opportunities
Lead the finance team through guidance, mentorship, and performance management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
20+ years of prior work experience in SAP, professional services and/or Consumer Industries (Consumer Products, Fashion, Retail, and/or Wholesale Distribution)
Proven leadership experience at the executive level
Proven experience as a CFO or similar executive financial role
In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial planning
Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Familiarity with relevant financial regulations, compliance, and risk management practices
Solid understanding of SAP and the professional services industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Master’s degree preferred
CPA or CMA preferred
