About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on our Teambox product for agencies, consultancies, and IT service providers
Design, implement, test, and roll out features end to end
Consider usability, performance, and stability
Implement automated tests and conduct code reviews
Continuously improve code quality and the developer experience
Further develop REST and GraphQL APIs
Integrate external services
Take responsibility for stable and secure releases
Troubleshoot issues across CI/CD pipelines
Work closely with Design, Product, and Operations
Make data- and user-centric decisions in short feedback loops

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ideally, experience with an established SaaS product
Ideally, experience using AI strategically as a driving force in the development process from the outset
Solid programming experience in commonly used languages, ideally PHP and JavaScript/TypeScript (e.g., React/Vue)
Ability to write maintainable, well-structured code, combined with a sense of healthy pragmatism
Experience with automated testing and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery
Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs
Basic knowledge of Linux servers and container-based environments
Willingness to continuously develop your skills and thoughtfully experiment with new technologies
Clear, constructive communication and strong teamwork skills
Excellent written and spoken German and English
40 hours per week
3 days per week on-site
