About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create UI/UX designs for TEAMBOX based on product management concepts
Provide UI/UX feedback and independently develop concepts further
Design, create, and improve intuitive UX flows
Further develop the product’s design language
Contribute to the broader design overhaul and actively shape TEAMBOX’s look and feel
Regularly liaise with customers and customer teams
Identify and understand customer requirements and processes
Continuously help develop and improve the product

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in UI/UX design for software products
Proficiency with common tools, particularly Figma and YouTrack
Experience using AI tools in the design workflow
Experience in the B2B SaaS software sector
Knowledge of the terms MRR, CAC, and LTV
Up-to-date knowledge of trends in software design and visual design
Experience in an agency or consulting environment is a plus
Fluent German
Good command of English
Experience with TEAMBOX or with agencies and project-based service providers is a plus, but not required
