About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own delivery and senior client relationships across a portfolio of key clients
  • Engage through EverOps team leads while staying involved in scoping work, pressure-testing plans, unblocking teams, and providing senior hands-on leadership when needed
  • Build senior relationships with client executives
  • Ensure client portfolios are correctly staffed, delivered to plan, and supported
  • Launch new clients, including delivery practices, reporting rhythms, governance, and initial initiatives
  • Scope and launch key initiatives for established clients, including roadmaps, priorities, and resourcing
  • Define and scale EverOps delivery practices, standards, and operating model with senior leadership
  • Provide architectural input in partnership with the Office of the CTO
  • Use delivery performance data to identify risk, improve predictability, and support evidence-based decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep experience in technology consulting, service delivery, or leading technology teams, ideally across multiple clients and engagements
  • Strong working knowledge of cloud, DevOps, IT, observability, and/or software engineering stacks
  • Track record of owning senior relationships across multiple companies and stakeholders, and growing those relationships through delivery
  • Strong planning and roadmap execution skills
  • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead, coach, and influence without relying on hierarchy alone
  • Ability to operate with urgency, autonomy, and accountability in a fast-moving, scaling environment
  • Legally authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Must not require sponsorship for employment in the U.S.
