About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform customer billing assignments, including adjustments, order entry, error processing, and initiating field investigations
- Work under moderate supervision and exercise judgment within established guidelines
- Respond to customer calls outside regularly scheduled hours during emergency situations
- Follow established processes and work independently
- Work during emergency situations outside normal responsibilities, work hours, and location when assigned Emergency Restoration duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of related experience
- Effective concise communication skills
- Ability to follow processes and work independently
- Ability to respond to customer calls outside regularly scheduled hours in emergency situations
- Proficiency in typing and basic computer applications, including Word and Excel
- Successful completion of the SHL Customer Service Representative test
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, written communication, analytical, decision-making, organizational, keyboarding, and PC skills
- Thorough knowledge of customer-related procedures and policies
- Flexibility, dependability, and reliability
- Ability to work in a team environment, with minimal supervision, and multitask
- Ability to function effectively in a highly structured and monitored environment
