About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyse and optimise business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Manufacturing
Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into D365 Finance & SCM solutions
Prepare Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and functional specifications
Design solutions and coordinate their implementation with technical teams
Provide functional consultancy throughout implementation, development, integration, and optimisation projects
Support customers with functional issues and business process improvements
Prepare and deliver user training and knowledge-transfer sessions
Participate in functional testing, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance
Present solutions and project results to business stakeholders
Collaborate with international project teams and contribute to project planning and delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
Experience in D365 Finance & SCM implementation, support, or development projects
Strong knowledge of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain Management, and/or Manufacturing
Experience analysing, modelling, and optimising business processes
Ability to design and implement complex functional solutions
Experience preparing functional requirements and specifications
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good project management and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
Fluent Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business Management, or a related field is an advantage
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, particularly MB-310 or related certifications
Experience with large-scale D365 Finance & SCM implementations
Experience working with international or distributed project teams
Experience delivering end-user training
Understanding of D365 integrations and technical development processes
