About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and coordinate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation projects from planning through go-live
Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate functional and technical teams across workstreams
Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status updates, and steering committee sessions
Manage client expectations and align business requirements with project objectives
Oversee project documentation, reporting, and governance processes
Support change management, testing, deployment, and go-live activities
Travel when required to support client engagements and project milestones

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience leading or managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) projects
Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, project governance, and delivery best practices
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Fluent Italian is mandatory
Professional proficiency in English
Willingness and availability to travel within Europe when required
Ability to work remotely from a European location
Availability for a contract of at least 6 months
