About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation from initial planning through go-live and post-launch support
Manage project delivery, timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets
Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technical specialists, and external implementation partners
Establish and maintain project governance, status reporting, risk registers, issue tracking, and escalation processes
Manage project risks, dependencies, change requests, and vendor performance
Oversee testing, data migration coordination, integration readiness, cutover planning, and go-live activities
Ensure business readiness through stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and formal project sign-offs
Support post-go-live stabilisation and transition into business-as-usual operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
At least 7 years of experience in project management, ERP implementation, programme delivery, or business transformation
Proven experience managing cross-functional business and IT projects
Strong stakeholder engagement, planning, communication, and organisational skills
Experience coordinating external vendors, systems integrators, or implementation partners
Willingness to travel occasionally
Current authorisation to work permanently in the United States is required
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred
PMP certification or an equivalent project management qualification preferred
Familiarity with AI-enabled workplace tools preferred
