About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and oversee security system installation projects from assignment through final handover.
Plan, schedule, manage installation activities, and oversee project completion.
Review projects and understand contract conditions.
Verify equipment forms a functional and appropriate system with the Sales Representative and customer.
Manage programs of work and delivery schedules, communicating changes to customers and Sales Representatives.
Oversee project profitability and report concerns to the Operations Director.
Monitor task progress and report changes during regular Project Reviews.
Keep customers and stakeholders informed of project progress.
Coordinate customer training and ensure commissioning and completion certificates are signed and delivered.
Provide required documentation at client handover.
Notify the Operations Director of upcoming project completions.
Provide feedback to support efficient customer invoicing schedules.
Ensure compliance with BS EN ISO9001, Health & Safety regulations, NACOSS procedures, applicable local country codes, GDPR, and ISO27001 protocols.
Lead and support Installation Engineers and appointed Contractors, ensuring compliance with company and client Health & Safety and Environmental Policy requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 2 years’ Project Management experience with a similar cross section of jobs in quantity and values.
Strong working knowledge of Electronic Security systems installation
Training in, or a good awareness of, standard forms of contract such as NEC3/4, JCT etc.
Ability to create and interpret programmes of work using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, Visio, and job‑costing software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and contractors.
