About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run service calls in northern middle Tennessee and south central Kentucky
- Perform HVAC repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance services
- Handle light electrical, refrigeration, and other maintenance trades as dispatched based on skillset
- Work independently from a company-provided vehicle dispatched to the technician’s home
- Use a company-provided web-based tablet for dispatching
- Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficient with Tablets, Internet and Web Based Applications
- Kentucky Journeyman HVAC license
- Experience in all aspects of HVAC repair and maintenance (3+ years)
- Clean Driving Record
- Some electrical or handyman experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with good judgment
- Ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
