About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Capture, analyze, and model business processes, for example using BPMN 2.0
Create and maintain process documentation, process maps, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Identify optimization potential in existing workflows
Support the introduction and further development of a company-wide process framework
Analyze processes for AI application potential, including automation, classification, prediction, and generative AI
Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases based on feasibility and business value
Accompany the implementation of AI solutions with IT, data, and business teams
Ensure AI solutions are embedded in a process-compliant and sustainable manner
Document and analyze data flows along the process chain
Identify data sources, data gaps, and data quality issues
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure a reliable data foundation
Support change processes during the introduction of new processes or AI-assisted workflows
Design and deliver training sessions and workshops for business units
Promote a process- and data-oriented mindset across the organization
Participate in international collaboration and workshops, particularly in Germany

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–6 years of professional experience in process management, business analysis, or a comparable field
Proven experience in process analysis and modeling, for example using BPMN, EPC, or comparable methods
Knowledge of documenting data flows and system landscapes
Basic understanding of AI concepts and technologies such as machine learning, NLP, and generative AI
Technical understanding; deep programming skills are not required
Strong analytical and structured thinking
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex topics understandably
Self-driven approach and ability to independently advance topics
High willingness to learn in a fast-evolving technological environment
Team-oriented mindset and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
English: business proficient / negotiation level
Nice to have: experience with Signavio, Celonis, Visio, or ARIS
Nice to have: good working knowledge of German
