About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage contracts and services to be delivered, including cost, time, and quality
Set the project delivery strategy and define, plan, and organize activities and resources
Coordinate and follow up on project implementation
Manage the project team, including internal communication
Manage subconsultants, negotiate contracts, and approve invoicing
Manage the day-to-day client relationship and reporting
Manage stakeholders, risks, and opportunities
Provide leadership for the team, contract management, and the client’s project

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education in construction
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing construction projects, preferably roads, bridges, or rail
PC operation
English language
Communication ability, analysis and synthesis, decision-making capacity, fairness
Ability to work under stress and extended schedules
Responsibility and confidentiality
Knowledge or experience with multidisciplinary design teams covering roads, bridges and structures, railways, and hydrotechnical works
Familiarity with international design and contract management standards, including FIDIC
