About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in Canada and the United States
  • Oversee large-scale web design and development projects, as well as ongoing evolution, support, and maintenance mandates
  • Develop and grow client accounts by identifying key relationships and growth opportunities
  • Ensure timely and successful project delivery aligned with client needs and objectives
  • Develop and approve project briefs and provide guidance to project teams
  • Lead and participate in client presentations and relationship-building activities
  • Lead contract negotiations with new clients and manage contract renewals
  • Provide clear and concise updates to clients and agency leadership
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and report on account status and opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with project management and sales teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an agency setting or professional services
  • Exceptional listening skills with the ability to understand and address client needs
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering successful client portfolio projects
  • Proficiency in digital best practices, technologies, and trends
  • Experience using Drupal, WordPress, or other open-source technologies is an asset
  • Experience managing client relationships and acting as an escalation point
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presentations
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supervising or managing teams
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English
  • English is required for regular collaboration with clients and team members outside Quebec
  • Remote North America applicants must be available during Montreal working hours
  • Remote North America applicants must use tools such as Slack to stay engaged with their team and contribute to company culture
  • Remote North America applicants must demonstrate exceptional self-management and proactive communication skills
