About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Build scalable, secure and reliable automations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency
- Support development of AI-enabled solutions using emerging technologies and services
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects and Delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Analyse, estimate and assess automation opportunities, validating technical feasibility and delivery approaches
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, cloud services and data platforms
- Create reusable components, workflows and low-code assets across multiple business areas
- Implement monitoring, error handling, logging and operational support considerations
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and development standards
- Support testing, deployment, UAT and HyperCare phases
- Maintain source control, deployment pipelines and development environments using DevOps best practices
- Evaluate emerging automation, cloud and AI technologies and identify opportunities for business value
- Support and enhance existing automation services through structured change management processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience working with Dataverse, APIs, integrations, databases and enterprise data services
- Understanding of software design principles and building maintainable, scalable solutions
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, SQL or similar
- Experience with Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), deployment pipelines and source control
- Understanding of agile delivery approaches such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience producing clear technical documentation and supporting operational processes
