About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead customer implementation and onboarding projects for key clients signing up to use Evri’s Tracked Mail product
- Support businesses with annual parcel volumes of 500,000 or more as required
- Act as the main customer contact throughout implementation, providing updates on progress, milestones, risks and actions
- Develop onboarding processes, documentation and ways of working with the Implementation Team Manager and Senior Implementation Manager
- Own the handover from Sales into Client Development and Account Management
- Lead customer calls and meetings and maintain relationships with director-level contacts
- Support first collection dates on site, confirming barcodes scan and launch readiness
- Run short-term nursery care projects for existing clients, investigating service issues and recommending solutions
- Coordinate transport and collection planning, freight/mail presentation, IT integrations, customer service onboarding, consumer notifications, billing setup, management information, client packs, reporting standards and unusual-freight processes
- Collaborate across Sales, Client Development, Operations, Transport, Planning, Customer Services, Client Solutions, MI and hub management teams
- Report to the Implementation Team Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least two years’ experience leading onboarding projects in mail/logistics, distribution or FMCG
- Proven track record of managing client relationships while delivering time-bound projects
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management, with confidence working at director level
- Experience of client complaint management, troubleshooting, issue management and clear reporting
- Ability to interpret data, draw conclusions and turn findings into practical solutions
- Strong communication, organisation and collaboration skills across multiple departments and levels
- Full UK driving licence
- Availability for extensive national travel
- A project management qualification and/or degree-level education (useful, but not essential)
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint (useful, but not essential)
- Knowledge of integration platforms and how APIs work (useful, but not essential)
