About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Workday implementation
Develop and maintain the detailed testing plan
Coordinate testing activities across functional and technical workstreams
Track testing progress, risks, issues, dependencies and readiness
Coordinate test-cycle execution and follow-up activities with the Test Manager
Manage dependencies between testing, defect resolution, deployment and cutover
Support the Cutover Manager in developing and maintaining the cutover plan and runbook
Coordinate cutover activities, owners, dependencies and completion criteria
Support cutover rehearsals and go-live readiness
Facilitate planning and status meetings
Drive follow-up actions with stakeholders
Provide status reporting and manage risks, delays and dependencies affecting testing or cutover

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experienced Project Manager
Experience supporting Workday implementation
Strong focus on detailed test planning, coordination and cutover preparation
Ability to develop and maintain detailed testing plans, including activities, milestones, dependencies and timelines
Ability to coordinate testing activities across functional and technical workstreams
Ability to track testing progress, risks, issues, dependencies and readiness against the project plan
Ability to coordinate with the Test Manager on execution of test cycles and follow-up activities
Ability to manage dependencies between testing, defect resolution, deployment and cutover
Ability to support development and maintenance of detailed cutover plans and runbooks
Ability to coordinate cutover activities, owners, dependencies and completion criteria
Ability to support cutover rehearsals and overall go-live readiness
Ability to facilitate planning and status meetings and drive follow-up actions
Clear status reporting and risk, delay and dependency management
