About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure, enhance, and provide support for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management solution
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions
- Work with the Time Tracking and Time Off modules
- Collaborate with distributed teams in a global environment
- Participate in workshops, testing, and go-lives

Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management (EC-Time)
- Strong knowledge of Time Tracking and Time Off
- Experience configuring and providing functional support for the solution
- Experience working on global projects and/or in large-scale corporate environments
- Fluent English (spoken and written, including participation in international meetings)
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central/Time Management is a plus
- Experience with integrations and SAP Integration Suite/CPI is a plus
- Knowledge of payroll and international employment legislation is a plus
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
- Strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills
