Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Scrum Master and/or Delivery Lead, guiding Agile teams and tracking deliveries
- Experience with sustainment, operations, and service monitoring activities, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with deadlines and service levels
- Experience managing, tracking, and resolving incidents, including prioritization, directing the teams involved, and monitoring progress through resolution
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, ceremony facilitation, impediment removal, and alignment between technical teams and stakeholders
- Advanced or fluent English communication skills
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills
- Collaborative team player
