About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, evaluate, and implement Artificial Intelligence solutions using Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and LLMs
- Develop AI agents and solutions involving RAG, embeddings, tool/function calling, and orchestration workflows
- Integrate applications with corporate environments and Microsoft Azure services
- Support the evolution of solutions into production environments
- Evaluate performance, reliability, security, latency, and costs
- Identify opportunities to apply AI to business problems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent/professional English for communication, documentation, and participation in technical discussions with stakeholders
- Experience with Python applied to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and application development
- Experience in Data Science, including data preparation and analysis, feature engineering, statistical analysis, experimentation, and model evaluation
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy
- Experience developing Generative AI and LLM solutions for enterprise applications
- Experience with Agentic AI, including agents, tool/function calling, multi-step workflows, orchestration, memory, and guardrails
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, prompt engineering, and context engineering
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, APIs, and integrations with enterprise systems
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
- Proactive, hands-on profile with the autonomy to lead initiatives
- Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Flexibility to experiment with, test, and adapt solutions
