Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of solid experience in Salesforce projects, working as a Tech Lead, Architect, or in an equivalent role
Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Commerce Cloud
Experience with solution architecture and integrations, including APIs, middleware, events, ERPs, and legacy systems
Experience working on large-scale, complex, international projects, preferably in the Retail or Consumer Goods sectors
Experience leading and providing technical direction to multidisciplinary teams in multi-vendor environments
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience with Agile and hybrid methodologies
Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach for direct interaction with clients and executive stakeholders
Advanced/fluent written and spoken English is essential
Collaborative team player
Strong communication skills and proactive approach
Strong sense of urgency and prioritization
