About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape solution scope with fellow engineers and a product manager
Own features through production across frontend, backend, data, and deployment surfaces
Write tests, documentation, deployment paths, and instrumentation
Create reusable artefacts such as AI agent skills, runbooks, or internal tools
Review peers' work
Monitor and refine features after launch, discontinue ineffective approaches, or proceed based on evidence
Build the CVM Platform product that centralizes and automates customer data management for telco use cases

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior full-stack engineering background, or backend/frontend experience extending across other surfaces
Customer-facing feature delivery end-to-end across more than one surface, including frontend, backend, or data
Excitement to grow AI-accelerated engineering skills
Continuous improvement mindset and proactive idea generation
Experience or proficiency with Java and Python services
Experience with RESTful APIs
Experience with React
Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL/MongoDB
Ability to work with cloud and on-premise deployments
Ability to take end-to-end ownership, size work in days, choose an optimal credible path, and follow through after launch
