About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs
- Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular or React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services
- Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database solutions
- Leverage Claude Code for code generation, refactoring, optimization, debugging, test generation, code understanding, and documentation
- Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, maintainability, performance, and coding standards
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Troubleshoot issues across frontend, API, backend, and database layers
- Collaborate with onsite/customer teams within an offshore delivery model
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, sprint planning, and technical discussions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core/Modern .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API/REST APIs
- Strong front-end development experience with Angular or React
- Good hands-on experience with SQL Server and relational databases
- Understanding of microservices and application architecture
- Practical, hands-on experience using Claude Code for real-world software development
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code-review capabilities
- Experience with Git and CI/CD practices
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with onsite/customer teams
- Experience with Azure or AWS
- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud-native application development
- Familiarity with other AI coding assistants
- Understanding of prompt/context engineering for software development
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications
- Exposure to Insurance, Financial Services, or other regulated domains
