About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide functional support and administration for analytical platforms, primarily SAS (Viya, Grid, Clinical) and related systems
  • Act as the main interface between Biostatisticians, SAS Programmers, IT teams, QA, and external providers
  • Manage incidents, track technical issues, and coordinate resolution activities
  • Ensure compliance and maintain Computer System Validation (CSV) documentation
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation in accordance with GxP requirements
  • Deliver training and support to end users
  • Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and validation activities
  • Monitor platform usage and propose corrective and preventive actions when needed
  • Support the assessment and framing of new system implementation projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in system administration, system support, or business systems management
  • Proven experience with SAS platforms (SAS Viya, SAS Grid, SAS Analytics Platform, SAS Clinical)
  • Understanding of Biostatistics and Statistical Programming activities within clinical trials
  • Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) and validation documentation
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP, GxP, and clinical research processes
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud is highly desirable
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
