About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support new clients in getting started with the firm’s digital tools, including the client portal, invoicing software, and document submission platform
- Guide clients in implementing their e-invoicing processes
- Assist with connecting to the digital document platform, submitting invoices, and setting up the approval workflow
- Create training materials, including practical guides, tutorials, and step-by-step instructions
- Deliver short training sessions for internal and/or external audiences
- Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams from the beginning of the client relationship
- Identify issues and recommend improvements
- Contribute to optimizing the client onboarding process
- Identify clients’ additional needs and communicate them to the designated chartered accountant
- Manage a client portfolio to maintain hands-on involvement in the accounting profession
- Make regular visits to client sites
Requirements

- Knowledge of, or a strong interest in, the e-invoicing reform
- Able to create clear training materials and deliver training sessions
- Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
