About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support new clients in getting started with the firm's digital tools
- Guide clients in implementing their e-invoicing processes
- Create practical reference sheets, tutorials, and step-by-step guides
- Deliver short training sessions for internal and/or external audiences
- Act as the link between clients and internal teams from the start of the client relationship
- Identify issues and propose improvements
- Contribute to optimizing the client onboarding process
- Identify clients' additional needs and refer them to the designated chartered accountant
- Manage an appropriate client portfolio in order to maintain hands-on accounting experience
- Make regular visits to clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Dependable, committed, and respectful of professional commitments
- Strong customer focus and commercial awareness
- Proactive, able to make recommendations and challenge your own ideas
- Well organized, autonomous, and able to see assignments through to completion
- Able to find solutions and manage problems effectively
- Good understanding of how an accounting firm operates
- Strong foundations in accounting and taxation
- Highly proficient with digital tools and able to develop new skills independently
- Knowledge of, or a strong interest in, the e-invoicing reform
- Able to create clear training materials and deliver training sessions
- Able to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
