About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support new clients in getting started with the firm’s digital tools: client portal, invoicing software, document upload, and more
- Guide clients in implementing their e-invoicing processes: connecting to the e-invoicing platform, uploading invoices, and setting up approval workflows
- Create clear, tailored educational materials: practical guides, tutorials, and step-by-step instructions
- Deliver short training sessions for internal and/or external audiences
- Act as the link between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication from the start of the relationship
- Identify issues, suggest improvements, and contribute to optimizing the client onboarding process
- Identify clients’ additional needs and refer them to the designated chartered accountant
- Manage an appropriate client portfolio in order to maintain hands-on involvement in the profession
- Make regular visits to clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are reliable, committed, and follow through on your commitments
- You have strong customer-service and commercial skills
- You are proactive and take the initiative without waiting to be told what to do
- You are open to feedback and able to challenge your own ideas
- You are organized, autonomous, and see your assignments through to completion
- You are solution-oriented and do not get stuck on problems
- You have a strong understanding of how an accounting firm operates
- You have solid accounting and tax knowledge
- You are very comfortable with digital tools and able to develop your skills independently
- You have knowledge of—or a strong interest in—the e-invoicing reform
- You can create clear educational materials and deliver training sessions
- You are able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
