About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support new clients in getting started with the firm’s digital tools, including the client portal, invoicing software, and document submission platform
- Guide clients in implementing their e-invoicing processes
- Support clients with connecting to the electronic document exchange platform, submitting invoices, and setting up approval workflows
- Create educational materials, including practical reference sheets, tutorials, and step-by-step guides
- Conduct short internal and/or external training sessions
- Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams from the beginning of the client relationship
- Identify issues, suggest improvements, and contribute to optimizing the client onboarding process
- Identify clients’ additional needs and communicate them to the designated chartered accountant
- Manage a client portfolio to maintain hands-on involvement in accounting operations
- Make regular visits to clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Serious, committed, and reliable in honoring commitments

- Organized, self-sufficient, and able to see assignments through to completion
- Resourceful and able to overcome challenges
- Good understanding of how an accounting firm operates
- Strong foundation in accounting and tax
- Excellent command of digital tools and ability to develop new skills independently
- Knowledge of, or a strong interest in, the e-invoicing reform
- Ability to create clear educational materials and deliver training sessions
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
