About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise and support clients on all employment law matters
  • Manage and monitor individual procedures, particularly disciplinary proceedings and termination of employment contracts
  • Draft and safeguard company-level agreements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Master 2) in Employment Law
  • Ideally, at least one successful initial experience in an accounting firm, law firm, or similar environment
  • Strong writing skills and legal rigor
  • Customer-service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and analytical ability
  • Autonomy, organizational skills, and team spirit
  • Proficiency in office software and legal research databases
