About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise and support clients in managing individual and collective employment relationships
  • Draft employment contracts and amendments
  • Support clients in implementing employment law procedures
  • Conduct regular legal and employment law monitoring
  • Analyze legislative, regulatory, and case law developments
  • Disseminate and share employment law updates with teams, particularly payroll administrators
  • Identify client needs and develop employment law advisory engagements
  • Participate in working groups and projects aimed at evolving the profession
  • Help ensure the compliance and legal security of the Firm’s and its clients’ practices
  • Make occasional business trips to the Mont-de-Marsan, Aire-sur-l’Adour, and Hagetmau offices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum Master’s degree (Bac +5 equivalent) in Employment Law or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally gained in a professional services firm
  • Curious, proactive, and meticulous
  • Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal qualities
  • Interest in digital tools and technologies
  • This position is open to candidates with disabilities
