About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise and support clients in managing their individual and collective employment relationships
  • Draft employment contracts and amendments
  • Support clients in implementing employment law procedures
  • Conduct regular legal and employment law monitoring
  • Analyze legislative, regulatory, and case law developments
  • Share and disseminate employment law updates with teams, particularly payroll administrators
  • Identify client needs and develop employment law advisory services
  • Participate in working groups and projects aimed at evolving the profession
  • Help ensure the compliance and legal security of the firm’s and its clients’ practices
  • Occasionally travel between the Mont-de-Marsan, Aire-sur-l’Adour, and Hagetmau offices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent in Employment Law or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a professional services firm
  • Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal qualities
  • Comfortable working with digital tools
