About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and support clients in managing their individual and collective employment relationships
- Draft employment contracts and amendments
- Support clients in implementing employment law procedures
- Conduct regular legal and employment law monitoring
- Analyze legislative, regulatory, and case law developments
- Distribute and share employment law updates with teams, particularly payroll administrators
- Identify client needs and develop employment law advisory assignments
- Participate in working groups and projects aimed at advancing the profession
- Help ensure the compliance and legal security of the Firm’s and its clients’ practices
- Make occasional business trips between the Mont-de-Marsan, Aire-sur-l’Adour, and Hagetmau offices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Employment Law
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a professional services firm
- Curious, dynamic, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in digital tools and technologies
- Team-oriented
