Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Employment Law
  • A successful first professional experience, ideally in an accounting firm, law firm, or a similar environment
  • Excellent drafting skills and strong legal rigor
  • Customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and analytical ability
  • Autonomy, organization, and team spirit
  • Proficiency in office software and legal research databases
