About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise and support clients, primarily small and medium-sized businesses, on employment law and human resources matters
  • Advise clients on managing individual and collective employment relations
  • Draft employment contracts and amendments
  • Support clients in implementing employment law procedures
  • Conduct regular legal and employment law monitoring
  • Analyze legislative, regulatory, and case law developments
  • Disseminate and share employment law updates with teams, particularly payroll administrators
  • Identify client needs and develop employment law advisory assignments
  • Participate in working groups and projects focused on evolving the profession
  • Help safeguard the practices of the firm and its clients through appropriate, practical legal support
  • Collaborate with the firm’s teams and specialized departments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Employment Law or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally gained within a professional services firm
  • Curiosity, drive, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal qualities
  • Interest in digital technology
  • Proficiency in or interest in the following tools: SILAE payroll software, Revue Fiduciaire, Lamyline, EFL, internal document management system (DMS), digital platforms, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Occasional business travel between the Mont-de-Marsan, Aire-sur-l’Adour, and Hagetmau offices
