About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise and support the Firm’s clients in managing their individual and collective employment relationships
  • Draft employment contracts and amendments
  • Support clients in implementing various employment law procedures
  • Conduct regular legal and employment law monitoring
  • Analyze legislative, regulatory, and case-law developments
  • Distribute and share employment law updates with teams, particularly payroll administrators
  • Identify client needs and develop employment law advisory assignments
  • Participate in working groups and projects aimed at evolving the profession, particularly regarding methodologies, tools, templates, and processes
  • Help safeguard the practices of the Firm and its clients through appropriate, practical legal support
  • Make occasional business trips to the Mont-de-Marsan, Aire-sur-l’Adour, and Hagetmau offices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum Master’s degree (Bac +5 equivalent) in Employment Law or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a professional services firm
  • Curiosity, drive, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal qualities
  • Interest in digital tools and technologies
  • Ability to work as part of a team
