About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and support the firm’s clients in managing their individual and collective employment relationships
- Draft employment contracts and amendments
- Support clients in implementing various employment law procedures
- Conduct regular legal and employment law monitoring
- Analyze legislative, regulatory, and case law developments
- Share and disseminate employment law updates among teams, particularly payroll administrators
- Identify client needs and develop employment law advisory assignments
- Participate in working groups and projects aimed at developing the profession
- Help safeguard the practices of the firm and its clients through appropriate, practical legal support
- Occasionally travel for business to the Mont-de-Marsan, Aire-sur-l’Adour, and Hagetmau offices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree at Master’s level or equivalent (minimum five years of higher education) in Employment Law or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a professional services or law firm environment
- Curious, dynamic, and thorough
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal qualities
- Strong interest in digital tools and technologies
