About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, supporting them with the full administration of payroll and personnel matters
  • Collect and verify variable payroll data
  • Prepare payslips
  • Prepare and submit statutory social security declarations
  • Manage personnel administration from employee onboarding through offboarding
  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, hiring formalities, and final settlement documents
  • Provide clients with initial guidance on common employment law matters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Specialized training in payroll administration
  • At least 2 years of successful experience in an accounting firm
  • Ability to independently manage a client portfolio subject to a variety of collective bargaining agreements
  • Proficiency in SILAE payroll software
  • Proficiency in standard office software
  • Thoroughness and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
  • Adaptability and strong technical expertise
