About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support a portfolio of clients with the full management of their payroll and employee administration
- Collect and verify payroll variable data
- Prepare payslips
- Process social security declarations
- Handle employee administration procedures from onboarding through offboarding
- Manage employment contracts, amendments, hiring formalities, and final settlement statements
- Provide clients with first-level advice on common employment law matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Specialized training in payroll administration
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities
- Enjoyment of client interaction and the ability to build lasting relationships based on trust
- Proficiency in SILAE and standard office software
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounting firm
- Ability to independently manage a client portfolio governed by a range of collective bargaining agreements
- Adaptability and strong technical expertise
