About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and support clients on all matters relating to employment and labor law
- Manage and monitor individual procedures, particularly disciplinary proceedings and employment contract terminations
- Draft and ensure the legal compliance of company agreements
- Prepare mandatory employment-related documents
- Organize and monitor employee representative elections
- Conduct employment law audits and legal monitoring assignments
- Support payroll administrators with legal questions they encounter
- Collaborate with the firm's various departments to provide clients with comprehensive, high-quality support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Employment and Labor Law
- Ideally, proven initial experience in an accounting firm, law firm, or similar environment
- Excellent writing skills and strong legal rigor
- Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
- Intellectual curiosity and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently, organizational skills, and team spirit
- Proficiency in office software and legal research databases
