About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and support clients on all matters relating to employment and labor law
- Manage and monitor individual procedures, particularly disciplinary proceedings and employment terminations
- Draft and ensure the legal compliance of company agreements
- Prepare mandatory employment-related documents
- Organize and monitor employee representative elections
- Conduct employment law audits and legal monitoring assignments
- Support payroll administrators with legal issues they encounter
- Collaborate with the firm’s various departments to provide clients with comprehensive, high-quality support
- Participate in the recruitment process alongside the Head of the Employment Law Department and a Social Law Attorney
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (equivalent to a second-year postgraduate degree) in Employment and Labor Law
- Ideally, you have proven initial experience in an accounting firm, law firm, or similar environment
- Excellent writing skills and strong legal rigor
- Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
- Intellectual curiosity and analytical ability
- Autonomy, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in office software and legal research databases
