About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise and support the firm’s clients in managing their individual and collective employment relationships
  • Draft employment contracts and amendments
  • Support clients in implementing various employment law procedures
  • Conduct regular legal and employment law monitoring
  • Analyze legislative, regulatory, and case-law developments
  • Distribute and share employment law updates with teams, particularly payroll administrators
  • Identify client needs and develop employment law advisory assignments
  • Participate in working groups and projects aimed at evolving the profession, particularly regarding methodologies, tools, templates, and processes
  • Help safeguard the practices of the firm and its clients through tailored, practical legal support
  • Make occasional business trips between the Mont-de-Marsan, Aire-sur-l’Adour, and Hagetmau offices
  • Use SILAE, Revue Fiduciaire, Lamyline, EFL, an internal document management system, a digital platform, and Microsoft Office tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree plus five years of higher education (Master’s level) in Employment Law or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a professional services firm
  • Curious, dynamic, and rigorous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in digital tools and technologies
  • Team-oriented
