About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and support clients on all matters relating to employment and social law
- Manage and monitor individual procedures, particularly disciplinary proceedings and employment contract terminations
- Draft and ensure the legal compliance of company agreements
- Prepare mandatory employment-related documents
- Organize and monitor employee representative elections
- Conduct social audits and legal monitoring assignments
- Support payroll administrators with legal issues they encounter
- Collaborate with the firm's various departments to provide clients with comprehensive, high-quality support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (Master 2) in Employment and Social Law
- Initial successful professional experience, ideally within an accounting firm, law firm, or similar environment
- Excellent writing skills and strong legal rigor
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
- Intellectual curiosity and analytical ability
- Autonomy, organizational skills, and team spirit
- Proficiency in office software and legal research databases
