Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience
  • 15+ years of experience in Conversational AI
  • At least 4–5 Dialogflow CX, Playbook projects delivered end-to-end
  • Proven experience in Dialogflow CX / ES, CCAI, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools
  • Hands-on proficiency in NLP model customization, intent classification, and entity extraction
  • Experience integrating chat solutions with REST APIs, databases, and third-party systems
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and API gateway design
  • Familiarity with JSON, Node.js, Python, or Java
  • Ability to perform manual and automated testing of conversational flows
  • Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and leadership experience in guiding developers and testers
