About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete operation management for reinsurance processes
- Deliver daily, monthly, and periodic client processing requirements accurately and on time
- Support the team as a reinsurance subject matter expert in day-to-day operations
- Drive quality initiatives and transformation ideas
- Prepare STAT, GAAP, management, and regulatory reporting
- Ensure accounting flow and balance sheet reconciliation
- Drive and measure robust process controls
- Lead a team of 8–15 analysts/senior analysts
- Manage level 2 escalations
- Perform SLA and dashboard reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor Degree in relevant field with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of ceded reinsurance
- Excellent analytical skill
- MS Excel and other office tools
- Knowledge of URS preferred
