About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and analyze patient medical records to extract relevant clinical information according to defined guidelines and criteria
- Apply clinical knowledge and judgment to interpret diagnoses, treatments, and patient history
- Summarize key medical insights clearly, concisely, and structurally for further review or decision-making
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation protocols, and data confidentiality requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify clinical details and maintain high-quality output within timelines
- Maintain and update reports as required
- Meet productivity and quality targets
- Be available for meetings and calls as required
- Liaise with the program/project manager as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- MBBS in India or MD for foreign medical graduates
- MCI license preferred, not mandatory
- Prior experience with US healthcare preferred, not mandatory
- Computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Auditing experience optional
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-identification, and process-analysis skills
- Ability to work within timelines and obtain stakeholder sign-off
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must adhere to company compliance, information security, and regulatory policies
- Must work 40 hours per week as a full-time employee
- Must work 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM IST
- Must have a high-speed broadband internet connection at home
- Must understand and adhere to the telecommuter policy
