About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and analyze patient medical records to extract relevant clinical information according to defined guidelines and criteria
- Apply clinical knowledge and judgment to interpret diagnoses, treatments, and patient history
- Summarize key medical insights clearly, concisely, and structurally for review or decision-making
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation protocols, and data confidentiality requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify clinical details and maintain high-quality output within timelines
- Maintain and update reports as required
- Liaise with the program/project manager as required
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Ensure availability for required meetings and calls
Requirements
What you’ll need- MBBS in India or MD (foreign medical graduates)
- MCI license – preferred, not mandatory
- Prior experience with US health care preferred (not mandatory)
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PPT)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Auditing experience (Optional)
- Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills
- Strong personal and professional ethics
- Strong analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills
- Ability to work within timelines and obtain stakeholder sign-off at each stage
- Must meet productivity and quality targets
- Availability for meetings/calls as required
- Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy
- Must conduct responsibilities in accordance with company Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures and programs
