About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and analyze patient medical records to extract relevant clinical information in line with defined guidelines and criteria
- Apply clinical knowledge and judgment to accurately interpret diagnoses, treatments, and patient history
- Summarize key medical insights in a clear, concise, and structured format for further review or decision-making
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation protocols, and data confidentiality requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify clinical details and maintain high-quality output within defined timelines
- Work within timelines and obtain necessary sign-off at each stage from stakeholders
- Maintain and update reports as required
- Meet productivity and quality targets
- Participate in meetings and calls as required
- Liaise with the program/project manager as required
- Conduct all job functions in accordance with company Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures and programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- MBBS in India or MD (foreign medical graduates)
- MCI license – preferred, not mandatory
- Prior experience with US health care preferred (not mandatory)
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PPT)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Auditing experience (Optional)
- Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills
- High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadband
- Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy
- Shift time: 08:00AM TO 05:00PM IST
