About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review and analyze patient medical records to extract relevant clinical information in line with defined guidelines and criteria
  • Apply clinical knowledge and judgment to accurately interpret diagnoses, treatments, and patient history
  • Summarize key medical insights in a clear, concise, and structured format for further review or decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation protocols, and data confidentiality requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to clarify clinical details and maintain high-quality output within defined timelines
  • Work within timelines and obtain necessary sign-off from stakeholders at each stage
  • Maintain and update reports as required
  • Meet productivity and quality targets
  • Be available for meetings/calls as required
  • Liaise with the program/project manager as required
  • Conduct all job functions in accordance with company Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures and programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MBBS in India or MD (foreign medical graduates)
  • MCI license – preferred, not mandatory
  • Prior experience with US health care preferred (not mandatory)
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
  • Auditing experience (Optional)
  • Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills
  • High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadband
  • Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy
