About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
Translate business requirements into visualizations and KPIs
Create executive, operational, and analytical reporting solutions
Develop drill-through, drill-down, and self-service BI capabilities
Build scalable star and snowflake schema data models
Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs
Perform data transformation using Power Query (M Language)
Integrate data from SQL databases, cloud platforms, APIs, and flat files
Manage Power BI Service workspaces, datasets, gateways, and refresh schedules
Implement row-level security and governance standards
Monitor report performance and optimize dataset refreshes
Support deployment pipelines and release management
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements
Deliver actionable insights through data storytelling and visualization best practices
Perform data validation and quality assurance across reporting solutions
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols

Requirements

What you’ll need

10–12 years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics
Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling
Experience building scalable dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions
Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and SQL
Experience creating enterprise-scale dashboards and semantic models
Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse, and Warehouse concepts
Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into BI solutions
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
Dashboard development, data storytelling, and report optimization
Data warehousing concepts, KPI development, and data validation
